5 star hotel and Ryder Cup Host Chooses Zetafax as Its Faxing Solution.

The K Club, which is home to 2 Championship golf courses—The Palmer Course and The Smurfit Course both located in Europe, has chosen ZetaFax, an award winning fax software by Equisys, as their online fax provider.

The K Club needed an infrastructure that was able to support their rigorous requirements in the highly competitive hospitality sector that has strict expectations to provide excellent service. This means that any software systems that are purchased by The K Club needs to ensure that their IT department can communicate and interact with clients, partners, and suppliers seamlessly and efficiently.

After extensive research was done by the IT team at The K Club, ZetaFax was chosen as The K Club’s new fax server solution.  Zetafax was able to deliver on their promises made by Servaplex, the Zetafax distributor in Ireland, and quickly phased out 25 fax machines.

Mojtaba Akbar, IT Manager at The K Club comments, “I have no doubt that Equisys – and Servaplex as their representative – will continue to show total dedication and professionalism towards us as an organization. I’m confident that that we will benefit from a high level of technical support and expertise into the future with our fax communications.”

MetroFax Now Supports 10 Email Addresses with Their Fax Service

Equisys is a producer of software packages for document production and delivery which includes Zetafax®, a network fax server, and Zetadocs® PDF software which creates and emails personalized documents.  Recently Equisys announced changes to its Software developer Kit (SDK) for Zetadocs for NAV.

Through the use of the SDK, Microsoft Partners can expand the Microsoft Dynamics NAV for their customers to allow automated capture and filing of confidential business documents which will automatically trigger an on screen approval process.

Zetadocs not only captures received emails, faxes and other paper documents to Microsoft SharePoint but it automatically connects them into Microsoft Dynamics NAV through the use of bar codes or Optical Character Recognition (OCR). Now NAV and non-NAV users can view the supporting paperwork for transactions in NAV which will save time for the approval process, result in a simpler audit, improved customer service and stronger compliance.

With this SDK enhancement, time and efficiency savings will produce compelling returns on investments versus the past traditional paper based process. Chris Oswald, CEO of Equisys, stated “It’s now even easier for mid-sized companies using Microsoft ERP software to benefit from the same efficiency savings as larger corporations by moving paper-based processes on screen”.
